Background:

Nature is sending us signals that are increasingly clear...It is too late to escape the crises linked to the overstepping of planetary limits. How to face this new reality and (re)act as a responsible person?

Out of desperation, some people stick their hands on artworks calling for a layoff of the system and ... get scolded by a Prime Minister in his speech at COP 27.

By "belief", some stick their nose to the handlebars of green growth by calling to boost the performance of the system and ... are scolded by young and old in their speech on the sidelines of the COP 27.

The Planet and the Living don't care about our human discussions and therefore indicates that we have no other choice than to regenerate our ecosystems if we want to continue the adventure of Humanity with them.

The window of opportunity to "peacefully" implement solutions in this sense is getting smaller and smaller. Wouldn't it be timely and urgent to put our disagreements aside and explore together a third way potential third way? That of robustness!

ACTION

We, members of Corporate ReGeneration, want to try it!

This third path has been traced by Olivier Hamant and Olivier Bouche who, based on the scientific observation of the functioning of nature and of our brains, have put into perspective in their books and practices our modes of functioning as individuals and as a society and the principles of performance that are related to them.

What is the purpose of this day? What can I expect from it?

• Educate participants on the importance of the robustness principle for individuals and organizations in times of crisis.
• Identify (in co-creation) pragmatic ways to mobilize this principle in your daily life as a leader and within your organizations.
• Strengthen your power of conviction as leaders already well engaged in the transition in order to embark with you the most skeptical, reluctant or Cartesian of your colleagues, co-workers.
• To do this in an intergenerational mode in the enthusiasm and good humor that characterize all Corporate ReGeneration initiatives.

IN PRACTICE

The young people of Corporate ReGeneration invite you to come and get inspired and co-construct "a plan of robustness and regeneration" for your organizations and our society in the presence of the two authors, and of some leaders chosen for their exemplarity.

December 2, 2022 from 9am to 6pm at the Arbre qui Pousse (Louvain-La-Neuve)

PAF *: 450€ (meals and drinks included)

*In all transparency the total cost of the event is a little more than 10.000€. If you are 25 to register, we will cover our costs. 25 is also the maximum capacity of the event. We are young, so we can't invite you for free.
