Compliance, training and understanding of impact governance

How can you start thinking about your governance bodies combining compliance with an understanding of the issues at stake?

From societal expectations to ethical injunctions and legal requirements, it is often difficult to find the right course. These issues call for a rethink of corporate governance to answer a major question: how can we ensure the right balance between resilience, contribution and profitability?

Corporate ReGeneration offers an introductory course to help you understand the challenges of impact governance. Our services include conferences, workshops and training courses to help you discover best practices, bring your purpose to life and integrate compliance into a strategic vision.

Stakeholder Assembly

Together, we identify, design and run a dynamic stakeholder consultation as part of international regulatory obligations (CSRD) or in order to obtain feedback or buy-in from your key partners on strategic subjects.

Stakeholder consultation, which is now mandatory under the CSRD, represents a valuable opportunity for companies. Beyond this obligation, it can be useful for addressing other strategic or operational issues. For example, consulting stakeholders allows us to explore the point of view and interests of future generations, or to integrate the perspective of living beings. These approaches enrich the thinking of the company and its managers by providing deeper and more inclusive perspectives.

Case Study

Danone BeLux, in its desire to gather the opinions of its external stakeholders on its ‘Sustainability 2023-2025’ roadmap, asked Corporate ReGeneration's intergenerational team to organise a consultative forum.

In 3 stages, we brought together almost 40 stakeholders, who were able to share their views on the company's various priority actions and objectives in a dynamic and open environment.

In collaboration with internal teams, this has enabled Danone to develop its action plan so that it is consistent with the aspirations and realities of the players in its ecosystem with a view to creating shared value while strengthening its links with ‘external’ players.
